{"id":450,"date":"2017-01-20T19:52:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-20T19:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.airmonkey.es\/?p=450"},"modified":"2017-01-22T22:11:51","modified_gmt":"2017-01-22T22:11:51","slug":"revisin-de-un-rotax-912-uls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.airmonkey.es\/?p=450","title":{"rendered":"Revisi\u00f3n de un Rotax 912 ULS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En este caso, vamos a realizar una revisi\u00f3n profunda de un Rotax 912 ULS, que tiene cerca de 2400 horas de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Se da la circunstancia, que hacer un overhaul completo a este motor, resultar\u00eda casi tan caro como comprar uno nuevo. Es por ello, que al no tratarse de un motor certificado, que obligatoriamente tendr\u00eda que pasar por el overhaul (con lo que ello conlleva), se revisa en profundidad para determinar si es posible seguir us\u00e1ndolo con plena seguridad. Durante el proceso de revisi\u00f3n del motor, se reemplazar\u00e1n las piezas de desgaste y aquellas que est\u00e9n fuera de tolerancia, pero no ser\u00e1 necesario llegar al extremo del overhaul completo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.airmonkey.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_6717.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"background-image: none; float: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin-left: auto; display: block; padding-right: 0px; margin-right: auto; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"IMG_6770\" src=\"http:\/\/www.airmonkey.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_6770_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_6770\" width=\"304\" height=\"404\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Una de las operaciones m\u00e1s importantes para determinar si el motor podr\u00e1 seguir siendo utilizado con plena seguridad, es medir la excentricidad del cig\u00fce\u00f1al, si esta se encuentra dentro de la tolerancia que indica el fabricante, entonces este cig\u00fce\u00f1al podr\u00e1 seguir siendo usado.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de este motor, la excentricidad del cig\u00fce\u00f1al se encontraba dentro de la tolerancia indicada por el fabricante, por lo que no fue necesario sustituirlo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.airmonkey.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_6771.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"background-image: none; Se comprueba tambi\u00e9n la excentricidad del \u00e1rbol de levas, as\u00ed como el posible desgaste de las levas. Los semic\u00e1rteres ser\u00e1n limpiados y preparados para su montaje, los pistones que tambi\u00e9n han sido medidos y se encuentran dentro de tolerancia, se descarbonizar\u00e1n y se les colocar\u00e1n bulones y circlips nuevos.
